Side of Beef Contains: Eye Fillet, Porterhouse, Rump, Skirt, Topside (your choice of roast, steak or diced), Schnitzel, Osso Bucco, Gravy Beef, Blade, Chuck, Scotch Fillet, Rolled Roast,  Premium Mince, Regular Mince, Brisket, Silverside/Corned Beef and sausages.  Additional charges apply for production of sausages and corned beef.

Once your order has been placed our friendly team will contact you with a cutting list for your chosen cuts and packet sizes.

Please note that this may take two-three weeks for dispatch. Depending on time of year, as we age your side of beef prior to processing to your requirements.
