Dry aged for a minimum of 14 days our sirloin roast 'is to die for'! Rich and flavoursome it will melt in your mouth. Pre-tied for your convenience we recommend, rubbing with olive oil, seasoning and roasting in a really hot oven (200c) for around 45 minutes. Allow your roast to rest, covered in tinfoil for at least 20 minutes before serving. It is the perfect winter roast, throw together some yorkies, make your own gravy and enjoy a true British roast!
