Free Range Beef Scotch Roast

Beautifully marbled and full of flavour this very tender product is a family favourite. To cook whole, oil the meat (not the pan) and season with salt and pepper, sear the whole roll in a hot pan.  Carefully remove the meat from the pan and place in a roasting dish, cook in a pre-heated oven (180 degrees) for approximately 1 hour  then remove from oven, cover and allow to rest for 25 minutes before carving and serving.

Can also be sliced while fresh into scotch fillet steaks!
