We think you will love these, crafted from the beef shin also known as Osso Bucco or Gravy beef, and full of all the additional nutrition and flavour from the bone marrow that will melt throughout the cooking process.
We recommend searing in a hot pan, the slow cooking in a covered dish for 6-7hours at 130c. Place the seared shank in your favourite casserole base full of Moreish Stock, ensure the meat is covered with cooking liquid.
