Free Range Butterflied Lamb Shoulder

Our butterflied Lamb shoulder is boneless and a convenient size of 800gms.  

Shoulder meat is deliciously tender and juicy.  Full of flavour, simply season and cook laid flat at 180c for 1.5 hours.  Perfect in a Moroccan Tagine, or roasted amongst your favourite vegetables & drizzled with a yoghurt dressing!
