We have done all the hard work for you, by 'spatchcocking' a whole chicken it becomes a breeze to cook on the BBQ. Either throw on your own special recipe and allow to marinate for 24 hours. Simply cook on low with the hood down, (bone side down) in your BBQ for about 1.5 hours.
We love serving it in the middle of the table with a big fresh salad for everyone to help themselves!
