Rich in nutrients and proteins, kidney meat contains omega 3 fatty acids. It is also known to contain anti-inflammatory properties and to be good for the heart.

Beef kidney is grass fed, try Cut the Kidney down the centre and trim. Cut into small pieces and put into a medium saucepan. Add stock cubes and just enough water to cover the bottom of the saucepan. Heat to boiling slowly, then turn down and simmer for about 10-20 minutes until cooked.
