 Suet is the raw fat taken from around the loins and kidneys, our butchers remove this off our own animals during breaking them down.

Primarily rendered down to make lamb tallow, this has a high melting point and especially used in making older recipes & specialty cooking like the famous British pudding & pastries 

Great for dietary requirements high in energy and collagen
