Organic Boneless Lamb Roast

Succulent and juicy, best when slowly roasted this cut of lamb will melt in your mouth!  

We recommend roasting at 180c for 2.5 hours or lay butterflied on a hot BBQ for 1 hour turning often.  Our favourite recipe is to marinate overnight in yoghurt and spices.  Easy to carve across the grain, the family will love you for this!
