A breeze to cook on the BBQ.   Simply cook on a medium temp with the hood down, (bone side down) in your BBQ for about 1 hour or until cooked thoroughly until juices run clear. 

We love serving it in the middle of the table with a big fresh salad for everyone to help themselves!
