Just like lamb shanks these beef short ribs are best when slow cooked, or even double cooked, ie slow roast in your choice of marinade or juices for 3-4 hours then finish by grilling or barbequing, best when sticky, sweet and rich.  Make sure you have the napkins handy!

Please note Spare Ribs may be sent from frozen due to demand.
